Shipping, Delivery, Collection, and Fulfilment Policy
Last updated: 25 May 2026
AuctionBargain is an online auction marketplace and does not directly ship, deliver, or fulfil items. Third-party sellers are responsible for the fulfilment of goods sold through the AuctionBargain platform.
Fulfilment Responsibility
Third-party sellers are responsible for item accuracy, condition, legal right to sell, packaging, dispatch, courier coordination, tracking information, item handover, and delivery issue support, unless a listing expressly states otherwise. AuctionBargain provides the marketplace and support coordination only.
Fulfilment Methods
The fulfilment method for each listing is set by the seller and should be shown on the listing where supported by the current system. Possible fulfilment types include: seller shipping (the seller arranges and dispatches the item to your provided address), buyer collection (you collect the item from the seller at a specified location), local pickup (you arrange collection from a designated pickup point), third-party courier (a courier service coordinates delivery), or digital delivery (for digital goods only, where applicable).
Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery timeframes shown on a listing are estimates provided by the seller unless the listing expressly guarantees a specific delivery date. Sellers should provide their best estimate based on their fulfilment method and location, but delays may occur due to courier performance, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside the seller's control.
Buyer Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery, and you may be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Review the listing's fulfilment terms carefully before bidding. Understand whether the item will be shipped, requires collection, or uses another fulfilment method.
If an item is being shipped internationally, you are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import charges, courier clearance fees, or local government charges that apply to your purchase or delivery. These charges are not included in the auction price or shipping fee unless the listing or checkout clearly states otherwise.
International Orders
For international shipments, you are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable import laws and regulations. Customs policies vary by country, and AuctionBargain cannot predict what charges may apply. You should contact your local customs office for information before bidding on international listings. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from import into your country — it is your responsibility to check before bidding.
Seller Packaging and Dispatch
Sellers are responsible for packaging items appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Sellers are responsible for dispatching items within their stated handling time and providing tracking information where available. Sellers are responsible for coordinating with couriers and managing any delivery issues, unless AuctionBargain expressly assumes this responsibility in writing.
Risk of Loss and Damage
The risk of loss or damage to items passes according to the fulfilment terms stated in the listing and applicable law. Where the seller arranges shipping, the seller is generally responsible for ensuring the item reaches you in the described condition. Where you arrange your own courier or collection, risk may pass to you at the point of handover.
Items Not Received or Damaged in Transit
If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, first check the tracking information (if provided) and contact the seller through the platform.
If you cannot reach the seller or the issue is not resolved, contact AuctionBargain support at [email protected] with your order number, listing ID, any tracking details, and a description of the issue.
If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item before contacting the seller. Retain all packaging materials as the courier may require inspection.
AuctionBargain support will work with you and the seller to investigate and resolve fulfilment issues.
