Accepted Payment Methods
AuctionBargain accepts the following payment methods where enabled at checkout: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other payment methods that may be added from time to time. Some payment methods may be unavailable depending on your location, device, payment provider, risk review, or listing type.
Payment Timing
Payment for winning bids must be made within the timeframe shown on the auction or checkout page. Orders may not be released to the seller for fulfilment until payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, AuctionBargain may cancel the order and the item may be re-listed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by approved third-party payment providers. AuctionBargain does not store customer card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank account login credentials, Apple Pay payment credentials, Google Pay payment credentials, PayPal passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication data. Card and wallet payment details are entered directly into, tokenised by, or securely processed through approved third-party payment providers, hosted checkout tools, tokenised payment elements, or mobile payment SDKs.
Payment Data We Store
AuctionBargain may store limited non-sensitive payment records required for order management, reconciliation, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. This may include: transaction IDs, payment status, processor reference numbers, the last four digits of a card where supplied by the payment processor, card brand, payment method type, timestamps, refund status, and invoice or order references.
Payment Security
AuctionBargain takes payment security seriously. All payment pages use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Sensitive payment information is handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. AuctionBargain does not store, process, or transmit raw cardholder data on its own servers except as may occur through embedded or hosted payment provider tools, APIs, or SDKs. For full details, please see our Payment Security and PCI DSS page.
Fraud Screening
AuctionBargain and its payment providers may screen transactions for fraud and security purposes. Transactions may be held, reviewed, or declined based on risk assessment. AuctionBargain may request additional verification before processing payments. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Failed or Disputed Payments
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or recovery action, subject to applicable law. If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact AuctionBargain support immediately at [email protected].

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the listing. Where currency conversion is required, the conversion rate is determined by your payment provider. AuctionBargain is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
